How do I download library ebooks to read offline?

To download (or check out) ebooks, the steps (as well as number of days you're allowed to keep it) will vary depending on the vendor who supplies the book. Each eBook vendor sets its own policies reading downloading or printing, and the Hoffman Family Library has no control over these policies.
